How it works
Send your blanks and artwork
Ship your garments, tumblers, or other press-ready items along with your artwork — or choose from our catalog. Items must be heat-safe and free of zippers, buttons, or embellishments in the press area.
Approve your design
We prep the transfer from your artwork and send a proof — pressing starts once you approve.
We press & ship them back
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after proof approval. Finished items are shipped back to you — shipping charges are quoted separately. Rush service is available when scheduling allows.

Terms & disclaimers
Customer-supplied items are pressed at your own risk
Lil-Des Designs is not responsible for damage, scorching, shrinking, peeling, or color shifting on items you supply. Every blank is different and we cannot guarantee results on goods we didn't source.
Blanks must be press-ready
Items must be clean, dry, and heat-safe (cotton, cotton/poly blends, or poly designed for heat transfer). We reserve the right to decline any item we judge unsuitable — including items with stains, holes, wrinkles, or finishes that could melt or transfer to our press.
We ship only — no pickup
All finished orders are shipped back to you. Shipping charges are not included in press fees or the setup fee — they're calculated separately based on weight, size, and destination, and added to your invoice.
You own your artwork
You confirm you have the right to reproduce any design, logo, or likeness you submit. Lil-Des Designs will not press trademarked or copyrighted material without permission.
Setup fees & minimums
A $20 one-time setup fee applies per design and is waived at 24+ items. Press fees cover pressing only — blanks, transfers for customer artwork, and shipping are billed separately.
Defects in your blanks
We press what you give us. Pre-existing flaws — misprints, fabric flaws, uneven surfaces — are not covered, and we cannot refund press fees for items that were flawed before pressing.
